One of HMC's core competencies is manufacturing low-voltage (<1000V) electric control panels.

We hold UL 508A and UL NNNY Hazardous Location certifications and can certify control panels accordingly. In addition, we can build panels for marine (ABS, DNV, etc) and international standards when required.

HMC builds hazardous location panels in NEMA 7, IECEx/ATEX ExD/E, and purged enclosures to meet your needs.

 

Need a multi-starter panel with associated armored Type P assembled cables? This is standard at HMC.

Dust Collectors

HMC has developed modular, PLC-based software for VFD-driven dust collectors to control:

  • Air Velocity
  • Differential Pressure
  • Rotary Air Locks
  • Solenoid Purge of the Bag House and more

Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Panels

Our custom control panels for Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are available in standard fan-cooled configurations, as well as optional flange-mounted designs.

 

These specialized flange-mounted panels are crafted to operate without the need for additional filters, fans, or air conditioners.

Decanter Centrifuge

HMC has developed PLC-based software for VFD-driven decanter centrifuges with:

  • Automated Clean-Out Functionality
  • Control-Based on G-force or Scroll Differential Set-Points
  • Remote Connectivity
  • Automated Feed Pump Control

Car Wash Motor Control Cabinets (MCCs)

HMC can build basic starter-based MCCs with manual controls or fully automated VFD models. We  incorporate PLC & touchscreen controls for remote monitoring and ethernet connectivity to your existing car wash controller.
