Job Description:
• Administer ACT! customer relationship management database including reporting
• Maintain social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Identify and exhibit at trade shows
• Ensure website working properly
• Maintain promotional items and literature
• Special projects as necessary
Position Requirements:
• Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously with the capacity to work independently, coupled with the ability to plan and perform work with minimal direction or supervision
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to include time and priority management
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ACT! software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
